It is only a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and the popular British pub, known as the Moon and Sixpence. Also just a ten minute walk is Lake Goollelal and the Yellagonga Reserve which offers spectacular scenery and wildlife.
The house is only 3km from the freeway and an easy 20 minutes drive to Perth City.

This luxury home has a spacious open plan design with a massive indoor furnished sunroom area with BBQ, water feature and heat therapy room (Sauna), which leads to the garage and a sunny private rear garden with sun loungers and table and chairs. The property has quality furnishings throughout and is fully air-conditioned for the hot summers and gas heating for the cold 16 degree days in Winter.

Woodvale is an easy 10 minute drive to Hillary’s Marina and Mullaloo Beach. The huge Whitford’s City Shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute drive away.
